Accounts can be opened as Individual or Joint. You will need the following for individual and joint accounts:
To add a beneficiary to the acount you will need their Social Security Number (SSN).
Under the USA Patriot Act, all financial institutions are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account with Sharefax Credit Union, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying information.
For your protection, your application session will time out automatically. If there is no activity for minutes, all information will be lost.
